about how big is this pen? I would want to be indiscreet with it so my classmates woudnt ask about it. Would you say it is as big or bigger or smaller than a Fly pen Fusion. Or and expo marker.

Hello, Can I save the audio as mp3 and is it possible to save the 'pages' info pdf. What features does the application have?

hmm, well I know there is a way to convert the audio and save it as an mp3 file. its just I dont know how to do it. i did see tho, on the livescribe website forums, there are several topics and 'how-to's' of how to do that. and as far as saving as pdf files, i am assuming you can. again, i dont need to do that so i dont know how. but you can copy each page as an image and paste wherever so i dont see why not. the way I use it is after classes, I upload them to my computer and they are. . .

essentially flash videos. once school starts back up for me, the biggest use of this will probably be for longer papers because livescribe has had someone develop a handwriting to text software which, so far, is very accurate.

quick question. how smart is the math feature? Is the pen able to do logrithms and square roots? or is it limited to the more basic math?

if you use the 'calculator buttons' in the book then it can do most things, but sorry, no logs. =/ and if you write out the problem like i showed, then it is very basic math (x,/,+,-)
