  • yes it's a real "anti-establishment" movement....which holds up Obama signs, wants more gov't intervention, and is even asking for bailouts (this time for student loans) and has Hollywood pinheads falling over each other to be their spokesmen.

if they were any more establishment they'd be shining Maobama's shoes.

  • The message being that 99 percent of the people with " no voice" don't know what the hell they are talking about. When you hear them speak, it's hard to feel bad for them. They are mostly a babbling horde of educated morons, I don't know what they are educated about but it's not economics.

  • When you post that people who are trying to change a unfair system are "a babbling horde of educated morons" that in its self shows the content of your character.Your fellow Americans future and that of your children has been sold out to pay back trillions of dollars in bail out money enslaving them forever.Parasites make me sick.Any person who backs Wall St. and by extension thinks its ok to send money and jobs overseas and bankrupt America as far I am concerned should hang for treason or shot.

  • @IYellalot If everyone got a check for not trying."Most" people would never try to be anything more than a stock boy, ski instructor or a lifeguard. It is the dream of becoming more than you are that produces better people in America. Why go to college, why try for good grades, hell, why even go to high school if all I am going to have to do is "try" and the Gov will pay me? Without a reward system most everyone would just quit trying. Not to mention sooner or later the $ would run out.

  • @IYellalot Yeah so, why should everyone pay for them. I was a lifeguard for a few yrs then I wanted more so, I became a construction worked for about 8 yrs. But yet I still wanted more. So, I decided to send my resume out and I found an IT job ($8 hour) and worked my way up to 60k a year.I bettered myself and sooner or later I will become more than I am now. But, if I was getting a check from the Gov. that was = to any other job. Why would I ever do more than be a lifeguard. Your plan is flawed.

  • @IYellalot Yet somehow they are not too poor to own an iPhone or iPad and pay the $30 monthly data plan fee. Interesting, don't you think?

  • @IYellalot We're creating a Greece like entitlement culture that is very dangerous for this country. That shit doesn't work in countries with 40-50 million people. It sure as hell won't work in a country of 311 million. I'd love to know how many of these brats go out seeking jobs with their tattoos and piercings on display? Then wonder why some employers won't hire them. I've SEEN this happen. Shave, a haircut, nice shirt, pants and shoes would greatly improve their odds of getting hired.

  • @IYellalot I'm not suggesting their options are as good as they SHOULD be. I understand that they went into college with the promise of a high paying job when they left college. But the bottom line is, in this country, our options are still enormous compared to any other country. We have to deal with the cards we are all dealt and make the best of our situations. There ARE jobs out there. Most of the wealthiest in this country got there from hard work and sacrifice. Wasn't handed to them.

  • @Shakes71 They certainly can't move to another country, because they're poor. And I do actually know people who are genuinely poor, and they work harder than anyone else I know.

I know a woman who has to work two jobs just to support her family. People like her are the people that should ideally be helped, because she certainly isn't going to be able to overcome poverty herself.

  • @macmusic08 So, what options do they have exactly? People want to benefit from their educations, but as it stands, they aren't able to do that.

  • @IYellalot NOBODY is putting a gun to anyone's head and forcing them to go work for McDonalds. If they honestly believe that McDonalds is their only option, then we are talking about some pitifully hopeless individuals. No amount of college can fix that much stupid.
