L'uomo è sempre stato attratto dal mare, ma per noi è uno scenario innaturale. Un luogo estremamente pericoloso. Maree, correnti, onde, vento; Ognuno di essi ha i suoi rischi! Nessuno di essi può essere ignorato. Il minimo errore di valutazione può essere un errore dal quale si potrebbe non riprendersi mai.
Tuttavia un buon marinaio combatte questi elementi; un buon marinaio lavora con loro, usandoli a suo vantaggio. Mentre altri meno fortunati, potrebbero andare per sempre alla deriva, spesso in molti pezzi, lui torna sempre a casa tutto intero...

Man has always been drawn to the sea. But it's an unnatural setting for us, a place of great danger. Tides, currents, waves, wind - each presenting their own hazards, none of which can be ignored. The slightest lapse of judgment can be a mistake you might never recover from. But a good sailor doesn't fight against these elements. A good sailor works with them, using them to his advantage. While others less fortunate might be forever be cast adrift - often in several pieces - he always comes home safely.
