nah it has to be memorized. A judge is filming you and that tape is sent to casting directors in Florida to see if you have what it takes. So I don't think it'll be professional if you go up there and read it from a card ha. and you can pick any monologue from a play or movie and has to be at least 2 mins. And I dont know why..I question myself that too haha
