ESP Edwards E-AL-128 Scythe - Alexi Laiho signature + Peavey 6505 /good sound/

Recorded with:

-2 mics: Shure SM 57 + Shure Beta 58. The main is the sm57 (90%), and the beta gives only a touch of "headroom" to the sound (10%). Sm57 on axis at the side of the speaker cone. The Beta58 right next to it and off axis. I know it's an unconvetional way to use the beta 58 (being a vocal mic) but it gives a little extra to the dry sound of the sm 57. And it makes the sound definately more natural, takes away of the tipical sm 57 character.

-Lexicon Omega Studio desktop recording studio (does a pretty great job)

-Macbook pro: Garageband for sound; iMovie for the rest. No effects, EQ, mastering. Only chorus and delay where writen on the screen.
