the photo frames are purchased separately. and they are usable in almost all spaces (but some have only a few locations for frames).

Hey? Just wanted to know if this is a "limited-time" offer that coincides with the release of this game for a week only? (This week?) Or it is permanently available for anyone who plans to purchase this game at a later date?

I'm not entirely sure, but if other promotional unlocks set a precedent for this (like inFamous Demo unlocking the Cole costume) then this should be available indefinitely.
