it would've been nice to actually try to boot into Ubuntu after you have installed it so we could see if it works or not :D
I followed all the steps and when i come to boot i am ficed with the grub command line and i do not know any commands. I am new at this. How do i get ubuntu to load up?

@antisanity13 Hey. Sorry for your difficulties. I can only give you a few suggestions, but first I have a question. First of all, did you look up grub commands and try some of them out? For example, try typing "boot". If this does not work, respond. This may be permanent, I am afraid. I am familiar with Ubuntu to an extent, but if all else fails, install OpenSUSE. It is the same procedure, except you want to download and burn OpenSUSE. It is another Linux distribution that is much like Ubuntu.
