Derek Jeter Cheater

I have listened to the spin from commentators, players, and listeners, and all of them have the same undertones. Everyone is reluctant to say DJ cheated because "it is his job to win games". Yet everyone knows (chuckle chuckle, wink wink) that he was deceptive (aka lying) for personal gain.
The reality is that this is not shocking. It sadly epitomizes the poor state of American society (and dare I say humanity). People are selfish, self serving, lecherous, wretches at heart. And to prove it we idolize the elite of the selfish and pay them a bazillion dollars to play it out on TV every day!
Jeter is a liar who got caught. The reason you are uncomfortable calling him that is because you are one too (as we all are). Right is right, black is black, white is white, shades of grey get us in trouble. Try telling the Tax Man "every one does it". You're still gonna go to jail (eventually) if you cheat on your taxes. Lying/ cheating is simply wrong.
