hey this guide explains the fastest way to get attack, strength and defense exp in runescape. With my 99 attack + 87 strength im getting 120k/hr.

@underkitten So far testing this, it seems legit: Current stats: 75 attack 90 str Turmoil rune gloves and salve (e) (I'm 30 def) Weapon is Sara Sword and AGS (not got claws atm) 14.85k str exp on in 8 minutes = 110k exp per hour. I'm in a slightly slow spawn world so it could be bunked up Might take berserker ring etc to try get it higher also and DClaws would definately put up exp rate.

I may try this tbh... except I'd made some changes,
Praying at that alter makes it MUCH slower, since I can telly ape atol, I'd rather just take an inv of ppots and 2 pure sets
This way I can train with turmoil on aswell :3,
