justa question- what if you can't do burpees due to a back injury? i been ok with pretty much all the other stuff but burpees and sprawls just kill me and not in a good way. any advice appreciated.

In order to get the best out of this workout it is recommended to have a punching bag, slam bag and a medicine ball.... all of which you can purchase or make yourself. John explains how to make a slam bag in the video.
