  • This is the Jenny Carig plan without the expensive memberships and frozen dinners. It's the exact same guide lines.

  • I'd rather lose weight gradually. I lost 14 pounds, but it took me 10 weeks. This is ok for me, i don't need a quick fix. I worked out at the gym 3 days a week, went on walks, cut out chocolate and cake completely from my diet. Don't harm yourself with crash diets.

  • I have always really loved the South Beach diet. It also has phases and it's the only one I could do (phase II ) while nursing and still be healthy. I'm not really into the big hype diets and for the most part I have never heard anything bad about the SBD- I'm about to try it again after my 7th and VLOG it. :) But I only am shooting for 25 lbs.

  • its not about diet its all about your will ... i just reduced my meals for like 80% and im never hugry lol + i work out some times , + im eating evryting coocked , fruit, like evrything but little,,, not till i burst (dont eat 2 much bread , and some times replacing a miniature mial with bar of cocolate i lost 24 kgs in 7 month but in that 7 monoths i wasnt holding to it all the time

  • It's kind of hilarious streaming these types of vids these days when I'm finally not overweight any longer - my silver bullet is DietOramy diet program (Google has some more info) - that thing certainly taught me to be improve my entire body, well being as well as my very existence.

  • i have lost 50 lbs so far on the 17 day diet. i started n the middle of july, and it is now mid december. this diet works!

  • I'm kind of on it, my mom bought the book, I'm following it but not strictly, either way I lose 6 pounds in 10 days (Y) pretty awesome, trying to get like in the 150s maybe lower, started off 182 now im 176 (Y)
