Second Chances Chapter 26

Recap~ READ LST CHP!

I put down the phone after checking the time, 9 p.m. I silently got up and went to Jack's office. He wasn't there so I went up to their room. I knocked on the door and waited. Molly opened the door and gestured for me to come in. They were watching TV. "Hey what's up?" she asked me as I walked in and sat down on the edge of their bed.

"Nothing, just woke up. When did you guys get home?" I asked.

"At 8. we let you all sleep though." Jack explained.

"Oh, I guess I'll go back to sleep then. Will you wake us up at 9?" I said, standing up.

"Sure, hunny." Molly smiled at me as I closed the door behind me. I walked back down to the living room where Carrie was still sleeping but Elsie was sitting up, looking around sleepily.

"Hey Elsie." I sat next to her on the couch.

"hi," She yoned then stood up and stretched. "What time is it?"

"Around 9."

"Oh, what time are we going to get up in the morning?"

"Around 9," I said then laughed.

"Oh," She sat back down.

"Want to play a game?" I asked, turning to look at her.

"Sure, should we wake Carrie?" She smiled evily.

"Oh, let's" I stood up, "Let's plan in the kitchen!" We walked into the kitchen and, while she sat on a stool, I paist. "Bucket of water?"

"Na, to mean. How about.." She trailed off.

"Whip cream and a feather?"

"Na, were do we get a feather?"

"Good point. How about..."This time I trailed off.

"Oh! We could put freezing ice down her shirt!"

"Oh! I like it!" I grabbed a cup and filled it with ice. "Ready?"

"Oh yeah!" We walked into the living room and knelt over Carrie, who was laying strangely on her back. Elsie took some of the ice then lifted her shirt and put it on her stomach. She sat up abruptly.

"AH! Cold COLD!" She screamed then jumped up and started jumping around while Elsie and I laughed like crazy. "Not nice! COLD!" She continued jump dancing around the room. Mine and Elsies' laughed got louder. She stopped jumped and looked at us, "One word, Payback!"

"That's two words," I quoted Camp Rock while putting up two fingers. They laughed with me and we settled on the couch. "So, what game do you want to play?"

"Truth or dare?" Carrie suggested.

"Sure, I'll go first!" Elsie told us. "Carrie, truth or dare?"

"Truth."

"When was the last time you kissed?" Elsie asked her.

She turned red, "Before I came here." Elsie and I laughed, "Whatever.
Ann. Truth or dare?"

"Dare."

She smirked, "Put an ice cube down your shirt!"

"Fine!" I rolled my eyes then put an ice cube down my shirt. "AH!" I jumped up and started to jump dance like Carrie did. Elsie and Carrie laughed at me while I tried to get the cold feeling to leave and the watery ice to dissaper. After it did I sat back down. "Elsie, truth or dare?" The came went one till around ten when we desided to go to sleep, since we had a big day tomorrow. I told them I would be back then ran up to my room. I closed the door and layed on my bed. I looked up at my poster and smiled. "I'm going to see you tomorrow Nicolas! Will you reconized me? Part of me wants you to but the other part is afraid of what will happen." I sighed and sat up, not taking my eyes off of his moon lit face.
"Well, see you tomorrow! Goodnight Nick." I stood up then went back down stairs, where Carrie and Elsie were already sleeping. I crawled under the blankets next to Carrie and feel asleep.
