Yes, she is right, if you are at first intimidated by wearing vintage or used clothing, but you want to find something to use to work with all outfits, choose key pieces like basic black blazers, pencil skirts, or crazy printed blouses to wear with neutral pieces like Khaki pants, jeans or solid t shirts.
