Ride faster, longer, and with less chance of injury. Increase the comfort of your ride and reduce fatigue. You can do all of these things by having a professional fitting using Specialized BG (body geometry) fitting systems. And right here in Southern California you can be fitted by one of only 12 certified Master BG Fit Technicians, Steve Bowen, owner of PV Bicycle Center.

PV Bicycle Center also has a complete, dedicated fit studio equipped with the BG Data video capture system. Call now at (310) 377-7441 to make an appointment! See http://www.PVBike.com for directions, hours, and to learn about events, teams, and clubs at PV Bicycles. You can also sign up for the shop newsletter that will keep you up to date on events and special offers.

This video is part three of a four part YouTube tutorial that is the most comprehensive description of the methods and benefits of bicycle fitting on the internet. We encourage you to see all four.

  • The rider is pointing his toes down which is usually a sign the saddle is set too high. It also just looks too high.

  • haw cumonn how dat gonna make my bike go farthter??

  • rockin that moose knuckle..

  • @ideasoner It's not about just optimizing your power for power's sake. This puts you in the most comfortable position so you enjoy it more. Also you're getting the most out of the bike by doing the same amount of work..who doesn't want that...on any level?

  • @divinexbrutality to me theres alot more to riding than just optimising my power, i actualy enjoy riding my bike, i do it fast and everyday, i still stretch after a hard ride though, comes in handy

  • @ideasoner of course people just go and ride...but even if you the right sized bike that dosn't mean you're getting the most out of it. By doing this you're creating more comfort, optimizing power and truly getting all you can out of your bike. To do anything less would be stupid and a waste of money for a racer (which is what we're talking about right now..not just a recreational rider).

  • what i hate about this type of riding, they never just go and ride!
