A: DLC stands for "Downloadable content"

A1: You can get the DLC at Xbox live (Silver or gold) for 250 points each.

A2: you can get the DLC at Playstation store network for $2.99 each

Q: Where can i play this?

A: to play a DLC level, first you need to download the pack, second you need the game,
after you do that you play the game, go to the title screen, and select the place you downloaded (EX: Apotos/shamar = Apotos and shamar)

A: The -2 is a way of saying harder mode

@jonybravo2000 Super Sonic in any level would make a fantastic DLC pack. But this game was de-listed, as far as I've heard.
