Right to speak means negative liberty to speak without being threatened by political rivals. It doesn't mean the positive right to means of political participation, which are denied from the people. You can speak but nobody cares. The elite doesn't have to care what you say because nobody cares about a person, who is labeled as a fanatic ordinary person screaming on the street about his anxiety and not about issues at hand. Nope, you are wrong. The First Amendment to the US constitution givs us the right to free speech. Without it we would not have it. The US is and always has been a representative republic.

I will comment on all American political issues. And you can't say anything you want about constitution. The 1st Amendment is hollow. Jacob L. Talmon calls this (Finland has the same democracy) totalitarian democracy. It fools you to accept giving mandates to public servants, calls that democracy and then denies all but your impractical political rights
