Watched it just a few days ago and I have to agree with you. It is really a good movie. It has everyday elements mixed with young love and also the sci-fi element of time travel. I like how they left the ending open so you can come to your own conclusions as to how they meet up in the future. ^^

yo! me and my friend here ( her name is "Whats-her-face"), we were just watching The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and it was so cute but the hot guy didnt kiss the girl! it pissed me off! i was waiting for them to fall in love and i got so damn angry at the end! even ask whats-her-face! lol ttyl
