  • question to the 41i vert guy. Wich methods worked best for you? True plyometrics, Max Effort Lifting or Power Training like Olympic Weigthlifting? Or did you a combination such as Contrast training?

  • @Manuelcr7 You pretty much have hit all the factors that have led to my explosiveness. plyos (no more than 5), max effort reps, and O-lifts for sure.
