  • I lost 30 lbs as an endomoph for my wedding.

    The trick is that endomorph's cannot process carbs and sugar as well as the other body types. If you are on a low carb, low sugar diet you will lose weight like I did!

  • Thank you Kevin. I live mostly on fruits, roots and squashes. If I can learn to get stressed enough, I know that I will lose a lot of weight.

  • This was really great! You really helped me with this video. I have had a problem this pass month. I have been working out 6 days a week, doing all types of leg lifts and I have shrunk in inches but my thighs, calfs, arms got bigger so fast! I didn't know what was going on! I haven't even lifted weights yet! I loose weight fast and gain it fast too. But gosh, my legs get bigger and arm muscles it's crazy.
