Virtual Protest of Linden Lab policy for the birthday celebration art guidelines, after "The Kiss" by Rose Borchovski was rejected. She was informed:
"The images on your build are in violation of our general rating, to be clear: Nudity is not allowed at art events with a general maturity rating."

While nudity in and of itself is not expressly sexual, nudity while kissing can easily be considered expressly sexual. Now if it were nudity while delivering the mail, I'd argue in your favor, but kissing is a sexual act.

@Katjeje Meh. It's the internet. You don't have the freedom to speak while using someone elses services. Read the TOS. You also granted them a license to distribute your merchandise that you created for free if they want to.

In America you don't have a right to not be offended. Linden Labs policy on nudity specifically defines adult designation in this matter where content "Expressly sexually themed content, spaces or activities (whether or not photo-realistic); we will broadly define what is "sexually themed" to include any sexually oriented activities and conduct" I see no conduct or activity that is sexual in nature by display or act. What next, naked shadows get banned?
