I love De Palma and I love the massacre scene and so on...I just played for once to an (im)possible happy ending...in this version she would not have come back home or her mother would have died of an heart attack knowing she has been the beauty queen LOL

By the way, I put a Tarantino label before this clip, it was clear not to be intended too seriously but only emotive stuff.

Oh, I do like Carrie though, she should have taken her revenge towards her physco mother first, than attack the students, only becouse this is a HORROR movie. If this was a drama, I would have liked this ending.

I'm sorry, but when John Travolta's (I forget his character's name) car crashed, I loled big time. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of Carrie getting revenge on everyone, especaily what those other girls in the locker room did to her, but the idea of some random car accident stopping the prank would have been just a little funny. Also, I'm sure the other people involved with the prank, the others we didn't see, would have finished the prank anyway, resulting in the same ending, if kinda funny

Anyway the car accident would have stopped actually, as only John Travolta and the girl were the ones to make that terrible joke, hidden under the stage. Their friends only knew something but were not envolved in making anything in a practical way.

Well, I know that the bloody scene at the ballroom party is a real De Palma's masterpiece with the camera. I know as well that's a tragical story that has to end in a tragical way.

But I really love that character Carrie White, and I always suffer in the last scenes of the movie! so for once I tried to give her a deserved happy ending ! I tried to save Carrie White.

I know that the movie itself is a horror film about the tragic life of a teenage girl and the pigs blood was iconic and necessary for the tragic story it was suppose to be.

However it would be nice to see the happy alternative ending we would of all wished for Carrie White and newrosesophie was determined to make this video and put it up on Youtube for us.

When I first saw this film I thought it was going to end when she went home had a bath and then she was talking to her mum and I thought it was going to e a happy ending then but no a knife in the back I keep having nightmares about the mum walking downstairs with the knife

you know when i saw this movie, it seemed like a nice peacefull moment so nice then she get pigs blood all over her destroys the school,the people that planned it and then crucifies her mother then a dream where carrie grabs her. THE END.
