Sounds to me like Mr Vickers does believe that the US is too "fat" with the good life and that globally needs to be more balanced with the rest of the world to "make it fair" and healthy for the planet and all concerned. I guess that is ok if you are part of the elite doing the manuevering and shifting and putting things in place and yet YOU still get to have the "good life" while the rest must adjust to living how the majority of the world lives. Nothing like CONTROL is there?
