Female vocal cords vibrating during a stroboscopic rigid laryngoscopy exam. Normal amount of secretions. Small posterior gap between the vocal cords.

    I've tried not speaking at school for 7 hours but as soon as I started talking again it hurt. Sometimes taking allergy medicine helps but not a lot.

    I've never had my throat hurt like this ever do I'm really freaking out. Please help!
