My name is Mark Lim and my wife doesn't let me near the kitchen because she thinks I will blow something up. I decided to film my own cooking show to prove to her that I AM a culinary master even though I don't know how to cook. I know this because I watch a lot of Food Network.

i think maybe drunk? but i also cook like this.... all the time. maybe something wrong with me? but me use oven not 50 degrees but 1000..much better............i like infusion cooking...........why tell everybody this is XTC!
