1. Import an audio file.
2. Disable stretch.
3. Got a general tempo.
4. Found my first two bars.
5. Bounce to new recording or else when enabling stretch funny things happen.
6. Enable stretch.
7. Timestretch to exactly desired bpm with snap.
8. Double check with metronome-click.
9. Chop at desired points. With or without snap.
10. Create new samples.
11. Load kong.
12. Load samples!
13. Set Mute Group
14. Set NN-nano's to Monophonic

thank you! I was waiting for something like this so I wouldn't have to figure it out myself. I like the "bounce clip to new samples" function, I'm used to mixing down and then chopping in recycle. this is much easier

Wait. You're right. Reason doesn't have Import Audio File. It's only in Record. Do you have Record?
