Breathless! Maybe just Glen Gould comes close to this deep an interpretation of Bach.

Thank you Josette for sharing this. It's very interesting to compare Richter's playing with Maria Yudina's. Her interpretation of this Prelude and Fugue is unforgettable...
By the way, do you also have the Fugue?

Thank you Pjio for your kind comment.Yes, I think that almost everything Yudina did is unforgettable. Do you have it? I like this prelude for it's merry syncopations and it wasn't on YT yet. I can also upload the fugue
if you like, or anything of the WTC by Richter,though a lot of it is already here.
