Do you ever cook in that nice clean kitchen?
Question: Do you put a rack in your saute pan or just lay the chicken directly on to the surface of the pan?

I heat the pan up in the oven for a little bit, then put the chicken straight into the pan. If you use a good quality chicken, that hasn't been injected with water, you won't end up with the problem of it stewing in its own juice.
The kitchen is actually a complete mess - the low res quality of the video makes it look cleaner than it is! I cook in there a couple of times a day.
