  • It is a private school. Not a public school. It is also a private Religious school. The lawsuit mentioned in this video never had a chance in succeeding. In fact, it did not succeed and was dismissed by the courts. A simple Google search will show you the link to the outcome.

    Now, I do feel that the children have the right to speak any language they are comfortable with when they are not in class. I think the rule is ridiculous and would never be implemented in a public school.

  • Good! I hope that school gets legal action against and loose much money! It is racism and illegal! Spanish should be the official language, not English!
