Calypso; Snakey Deal.

New on the Edinburgh underground acoustic scene, Calypso is not only drop dead beautiful but equally as talented. From Tazmania, here she plays I Dont Want Your Snakey Deal, at Out The Bedroom, Edinburghs longest open mic night, after which she was asked to take the feature slot in the coming couple of weeks. Like Suzanne Vega meets Siouxie and the Banshees meets Bob Dylan. She plays Glasgow in a week, keep an eye out for this chick.

"some songs were ok but the delivery was amerteurish" hardly descriptive......you should see her live, she blows the crowd away every time...and if you aint seen her live to comment on a video is pointless, but thanks for your thoughtful insight...anything constructive or imaginitive respond with might be better recieved...

I was urged to check out this girl but have to say I was very disappointed. Some of the songs were ok but the delivery was amateurish.
