Ignore any previous comments. ACs operate in fallof, that's their nature. At your max fallof you hit half the time, at twice the falloff you stop hitting at all.
Now if you want to fly a stabber and speed/range tank it, you need T2 guns and use Barrage ammo. It lets you stay at 15-20 and still do enough dps.
Beside all that, this vid is propobly pre speed nerf and scramblers didn't disable MWD, it was a lot easier to fly a Stabber. Now if you get caught you're pretty much dead.

Well.
I'm thoroughly confused.

No, only IV and some V. I think it has something to do with falloff...

Max'd skills, too?

As for fitting, use 2 gyros in lows and a DCU, MWD LSE and WD in mids, 180mmACII and HAMs. Barrage ammo, and if you want to rig it use burst/collision and ambit extenders for even more falloff.
Don't use shield rigs, they increse your sig radius a lot making you very easy to hit. If you want tank then get a Rupture.

I fit a Stabber like a mini-Vaga nowadays, 'cause I fly those too now. :D
Guns, cloak, AB, web, scram, ODs, gyroes, tracking enhancers.
Fairly simple.
I figured out guns now too, thanks to a friend. Barrage is pure win.

AC's work diff then most guns basicly just switch the optimal and falloff so if you guns have 1.5 opt and 10km fallout then with ac's 10km is optimal range and 1.5m is your falloff after the 10km atleast that is what i found

Any idea why? Is it a bug?
