Yeah, it's pretty obvious that he's changing the G to a Gb to give the song a different feel. He was singing higher notes before, it would be weird to think, given his range, that he couldn't hit a note that's not too high for him.

@hotfudgemoney I think Radiohead had a bigger impact on music, but they are completely uncomparable and I don't think there's any doubt that AC is the more experimental on the two. Love both, Radiohead's my favorite band ever and AC is top 10 easily.

I think it’s obvious that he’s doing that on purpose on the high parts. It sort of follows the roll of the “snare” drum. I think he’s also trying to be dissonant towards the end there. I don’t really care for it, but again, it seems to be on purpose, for what it’s worth. These guys are always a little ‘pitchy,’ I guess, live, but it doesn’t bother me much. They write extremely challenging vocal parts and their recordings are the best thing I’ve ever heard.
