Genocide is evil, but it can and should be stopped by declaration of war, the UN has no business deciding when we send men to fight and die. Our Constitution mandates the congress to declare war or cut off trade. We do not need the UN to decide how we treat people. The Korean war was UN, the Vietnam War was UN, the first gulf war was UN. Kosovo was UN. So much for the organization for peace!
