Aaaahhh. You're getting closer. I work with an NGO, and spend a fair portion of my time with orphans in SE Asia. But I own a small company in the U.S. and record most of my stuff here...

i didn't know who M.B. was and just found out he was also in The Last Temptation of Christ. Lyrics impossible to find on the itnernet, he is opposed to it, don't know why. Anyway, I could understand you very well so it's fine.

Vamos, Michael Been was in a band named "The Call" and released a couple of solo albums, one of which had this song on it. Don't know what he's up to these days. Oh, and I'm kind of the boss, so my colleagues don't complain too much.
