sensing irony here. he doesn't try to talk to travis, the only person who could possibly be listening, addressing "all of you" somewhere out there. anyone want to flesh some of this out? A lot of the comments say it's brilliant without a word about why. IMDB would probably be more helpful.

@tfarrell1 Thanks a lot for your post, Tom! You sure did a great job!!! I heard what happened in the DVD comments, there were delays for the scene... but you created a terrific character in a couple of minutes of scene...
