My guess is that all the extra sanshiros were the result of Segata getting high off the smoke of burning nintendo 64s. Otherwise, the universe would explode a million times and reform itself as the Segata zone, with each planet being named after a sega console. Though, it wouldn't be a pretty awesome thing to live on planet "Dreamcast" :)
