@Caucasianpride1 I think that the AG did what he did in the Black Panther case mostly out of a desire not to piss off his liberal African American base and their sympathizers. And while its true that many in that base are likely to be racist against whites/asians/latinos, what the hell does that have to do with anything?

@Caucasianpride1 No I think you fucked yourself when you chose your screen name (FWIW, I would say the same thing of someone who called themselves BlackPride1) and referenced race as the primary qualifier for Obama's AG choice.
Again, however, you are missing the point. I suspect that the AG's department didn't create/agree to Gunwalker/Fast and Furious out of incompetence but out of a desire to push a policy objective. It blew up in their face but don't confuse the two "motives".

Ahhhhh. You seem to have missed the point (not surprising for someone who goes by the screen name of Caucasianpride1).
Do you seriously think that someone who makes to the AGs office is totally incompetent (well unless you're a racist little $%it - and as a conservative/libertarian I reallly don't use that term lightly)? Not even close. Holder is far more likely to be guilty of constitutional malfeasance than he is incompetence.

I don't know about Grassley being in a position to obtain a special prosecutor, after all, it is the democrats that control the senate. However there is one certainty, the obama administration, particularly the chief criminal minion, eric holder, bears responsibility for the murder of an American lawman in a failed attempt to steal away the People's sacred right to own firearms.
