My god, I LOVED this show! I was never a big fan of Thomas the Tank Engine, but I loved the in-between stuff at the station with Mr. Conductor and the kids. I always found it odd that someone like George Carlin would do a kid's show, but it simply shows how talented a person he was. Definitely my favorite conductor on the show, as well as one of my favorite comedians when I became older. RIP Mr. Carlin.

Also, the theme song never fails to make me a bit teary... that and the theme to Babar. =P

That show was beautiful in terms of overall quality of how a children's show should be and I watched it like 10 years ago.

but seriously people, who actually uses the train nowadays? Nobody does, how fucking sad!!!

@outtatime4you LoL..trains are one of the top means of transportation all around Europe. I know they're not used as much as they used to be in Canada, maybe even North America.. but MANY people still use trains nowadays.

Yea...gotta say..LOVED this show when I was younger! Aww, I miss it! Mr. Conductor!!...he was awesome!!

I haven't seen this is in over 13 years i loved this show I remembered the theme word for word and all the characters like Becky, Stacey jones, Billy two feathers, Mr Conducter(George Carlin), and of course who coould forget the Juke Box puppets and their master Scheimer the owner of the arcade lol

Dude. Like I also remember watching this show when I was a kid. I remember the puppets that rock in the jukebox, the conductor, and Thomas the Tank Engine.

My gosh.. I havent heard this theme song in 15 years! I had no idea George Carlin was the conductors voice. I loved that VOICE!!!
