  • I have to say, that looked pretty brutal!! That one-armed push up into a half pike position (don't know what you called it) didn't look good for your back? You were quite inverted and it looked really uncomfortable?

  • Completed in 27:17 and I did all the pushups on my toes and no modifications. It was brutal!

  • ZUZANA, i would just like to ask, what do you use to keep your skin so nice? anti wrinkle? moisterizer? tell me your secret:)

  • Any advice on strengthening the lower back for exercises such as the Lizard Crawl? I'm pretty good with Plank strength. It's when switching from one side to other when I feel over torqued.
