@dsfdotnet I LOVE yogurt. If I have it I'll add it to my shakes. I don't do too much dairy so I'll sometimes use coconut or almond yogurt. Thanks for the comment. Have an awesome, healthy season!

That is a good shake. I always add some low -fat vanilla yogurt to mine, I am good for the morning or after a GVT or insanity cardio session.
