Start out very close, in-case you need to zero your windage, if you are shooting right, Move the sight right, if you are shooting left move the sight left. if you are shooting high move the sight up, if you are shooting Low Move the sight low. Once you have your first pin alined by using the course Elevation, then you can check your first pin out at 20 yards or what ever range you wish your first pin to be, however the normal distance for the first Pin is 20 yards. from there see what your 20 yard pin does at 25 yards. Do not forget to rest between rounds of arrows. Sighting in a bow is no Good when you are tired. you wouldnt zero a rifle with a hot barrel, dont zero a how with tired arms. Once you get your first pin Fully set. Quit for the Day. and Zero your next pin another time.

  • your bow hand is all wrong. your griping it like a fucking baseball bat which will lead to torq on your bow. dont use your fingers just press your palm aginst the grip of your bow. let your fingers relax. it lets your tendins relax which means you wont jerk your shot. also dont snap the triger on your relase. press it like a handgun (also just keep shooting. it lets you warm up and get in a grove. if you need to rest a lot when you are shootin you are working to hard. so drop the weight down)

  • Cant get yourself in the leg with this one! JK Great vid!

  • I like that ur trying to help but anybody that seriously had to watch this video for help must have no common sense and no nothin bout shooting bows

  • I'm just getting into bow hunting/shooting...

it looks like you keep both eyes open?

would it be better for me to learn that way or keep ine eye shut?

    Great channel bro--

  • uhh thats not tight at 10 yrds at all lol

  • should i carry the quiver on my back or along the waist like you and why

  • man you gotta work on shooting more smoothly, no need to grip the bow like that!. get a wristsling and thus u reduce the torque! that would improve a lot your groupations!.

  • @derekgrebner87 i forgot to mention if you use a loose grip your hand acts as a pivot point for the bow so when you draw your string wont turn to the side if you use loose grip the string will be in perfect aline ment with the arrow and the bow its self
