@joeywomer Sadly, no -- although, technically, it might be possible to do this with a few thousand GameShark codes entered in at once...

It's a patch applied to the game, containing fan-made/altered material.

OK PEOPLE LISTEN Gulie was actually planned to be Magus,but they figured that they couldn't quite put Magus in Chrono Cross because of certain events,so what they did was change his look slightly,and....TA-DA! A completely new character.

@Dorgengoa2080 Not even a reference to Magus. They designed Guile's character to be Magus. But they figured that they couldn't fit Magus' character anywhere into the story. So they scrapped it. Either way, not referencing Magus.

yep Guile is supposed to be Magus but they took all references to Magus out because all the back story stuff would be too confusing. honestly i would have preferred to have Magus to add that back story. Plus that's the reason Guile has no back story or anything, he's just a plain old character.
