How to solve the Rubiks cube for BEGINNERS
The last layer corners are the same concept of the ELL/CLL aka CLL/ELL method. CLL (Corners of Last Layer) is the first step of Guus Razoux-Schultz Method. Obviously his is way more advanced and faster.

  • What do i do if everything in my cross has yellow..? how do i fix that?

  • @12345soccerguy wow sorry, corner piece that is WHITE, or has a WHITE sticker on it, forgot to mention that.

  • @12345soccerguy oh ya, and have the white center piece on top, that's the corner uhhh alignment? lol ya, so then turn the bottom D face, ( so that the unaligned corner is on the bottom now instead of the top) until the three colours of the corner match 3 centers, for example, a white blue and orange corner, turn the D face until it's under the correct position ( Blue center on the left, orange on right, white on top), then do R' D' R D, repeat until the corner is in the right position.

  • @Mroldwrinklyman basically, i'm talking about solving the white face, if you have a corner piece in the wrong position (not matching the center pieces), turn your cube so that it's on the top RIGHT CORNER, then, bring the RIGHT SIDE down, the BOTTOM AKA DOWN SIDE to the left ( which is basically D inversed or counter clockwise), then what i meant by bring the white edge back is bring the right side up again so that the white edge is aligned with the white center piece

  • @12345soccerguy what do you mean by just bring it to the down side, move it away (D/ Dinversed), and bring the white edge back?

  • @ElectricHalo1 for corners, just bring it to the down side, move it away (D/ Dinversed), and bring the white edge back, then just put the corner under it's correct position (match the 3 colours of the corner with 3 centers), then do the algorithm R' D' R D (repeat until in correct position, also use this if the corner is in the wrong position, which is what i meant in the first part of this comment),

  • @ElectricHalo1 uhh when you have a side done is the first layer done? or with the edges and corners in different places? well if the edge isn't place right, (white center on top with white side done) just do M inversed, ( middle side down) and then D, and then M, then, bring the edge that is on the bottom D faceunder it's correct position, under the correct center ( green edge= under green center, etc..), then do D, then M inversed, then D inversed, and M. repeat ,

  • I can only get one side, then when I try to do the yellow part I mess up the white part and I end up with nothing, then I have to restart :(

  • when I do the very last one it doesnt line up all the white ones.

  • @Dintinosanto Nevermind, I found what I was doing wrong. I'd get down to where two of the Yellow corners were in the right places, but the wrong face directions. The first corner I'd do correctly, but then I'd turn the whole cube and do the same algorithm instead of turning the last corner square to where the other one had been and THEN the algorithm.

That probably made no sense to anyone but me :P
