UPDATE: I'm dumb; it's holeless, but it's a roped hydraulic - does not use hydraulic jacks.

UPDATE 2: Upon revisitation of the facility, I have determined this elevator to be a product of Kone.

I think this is an Otis elevator, because they're the only major brand elevator company that makes roped hydraulic elevators.
