I cried so hard. This is so touching, that Jesus and God both love us so much. Even though this man had spent so much of his life not putting his faith in them, they would still heed his prayers and comfort him. Praise the Lord!

Obviously you do not know the Gospels.

Read the story that Jesus told about Lazarus and the rich man - Jesus mentions Hades where the rich man went when he died. Hades is hell.

@platnumslayer7 Hell does not come from Pagan beliefs. Pagans do not believe in and certainly not worship Satan. Satan worshipers are different, they do. Pagans do not. THey are earth loving people, that usually believe in a God and Goddess. As a former Pagan, now Christian, it still saddens me that people 'blame' many things on the Pagans. Get your facts right before posting. The Pagans say it was Christians who invented Hell. (??)

@crichton55 Where in The Bible does it say we go to heaven? Where in the bible does it say we will go to hell? Go to TheRCG(.org) ANYONE WHO BELIEVES GOD WOULD TORTURE SOMONE FOR ETERNITY DOESNT KNOW GOD, He knows satan. The idea of Hell comes from Pagan beliefs. I Cant belive people belive this things when they arent biblicaly founded. Heaven is for god and his angels. The kingdom Of god is what jesus preached. the saints will rule the earth with jesus under the fathers goverment.

@platnumslayer7 What you have to understand about that is that up in heaven, things work differently and we will think on a whole new level. We will no longer feel any kind of sorrow, regret, or dismay, even if we know a loved one is burning in hell. The fact that they are in hell is because of their own choice to reject God, to use their own free will to choose the wrong path. Everything all boils down to free will, and God allows this at an expense to himself because He loves us that much.

@platnumslayer7 You my friend need to get your facts straight. It indeed does not seem logical that an all-loving God would punish us to eternal hell, but He does this to all who reject Him outright and reject His gift of salvation, reject His offer to wash away our sins. There is a reason why we cannot directly communicate with God, and that is because of our sin. God cannot be in the presence of sin at all, and those who refuse to let that sin go are doomed to hell because of that choice.
