  • i agree. i've seen hendrix, clapton, manitas de plata, fahey...no one ever as phenomenal.

  • @rlutge, I will never play a single song like he did, but at this video will help extremely to get a little bit nearer. There are not enough words to thank you for this and ALL Hedges videos you are sharing. I am enjoying them the most. THANKS !!!

  • thank you so much for uploading this video!!!

  • only to think this kind of playing guitar is practicely a genius.

  • Thanks Michael. Thanks Randy.

  • I'm on my second night of rluge Michael videos. I'm in heaven. Could watch this one alone all night.

  • Another note, then i'll leave, i've watched a couple instructional vids on how to play Ragamuffin...all i have to say is that trying to learn from others is tough, watching the man is nice because even when he plays it slow you can see and feel his passion, that's what's it about, and that's it...

  • As rlutge is certainly the Michael Hedges source, and as i check this vid out every once in a while, it's still shocking the master only receives scraps for views. I do understand that societys has changed(not for the good), but there have also been alot of modern players who reference Hedges as their first inspiration, they get millions of views while Hedges gets scraps...shame

Hey, those of us few who know what we are seeing...we are a fine wine

  • what a great guitar player he was

  • love it :D

  • Thank you, Michael, for showing us how to play it. Thanks for posting it!
