My split jump in slow motion. I think it's gotten better since I recorded this a little over a month ago, but it's all I have

thanks lol. i got it from us icewear. It's from their 2007 practice collection. You can still order them though.

I'll try to make a help video, but I'm not very good at explaining how to do split jumps :-/ Um I'm not sure when I'll be able to get it up though, as I have a hamstring injury and can't really video a split jump at the moment.

question: when you land do you land the same as a bunny hop then step backward?
