  • How long had the ReSTOR lens been in and what size incision did you work through?

  • the old lens was in the eye for more than 1 year. The incision was approximately 3 mm in width.

  • Well done my friend! - K. Cady

  • oh my god

  • Or do the arms or flaps just extend to the edges of the sac to hold the lens in place in the middle?

  • Hi- In a lot of the videos of lens insertion like this, the lens is always kindof "twisted" or "rotated" into, and out of place.

When that happens, where do the arms or flaps on the lens go? Do they remain in the sac? Or are they allowed to go outside to lodge in the zonular fibers?

Sorry if my terminology is a little off... : )

    Thanks for your time.
