Tim Brown and Chris Carter had best hands I have seen since watching football.

He was Deon Dangerous! Do not punt that man the ball. One of the most explosive runners I ever saw. I saw Tim run it back after the kickoff had a pen. He RAN IT BACK AGAIN!.....
-
But wasn't he up for the 2011 ballot? Did I miscount? What happened?

@giantsfan11imag -while I'm not an ND fan as you probably know,Rocket was the fastest player I have ever seen. His,Jr or Sr year at ND.Not sure how far he went,but...Sports Illus. did an article on him where they said he ran an unheard of 4.18 40...WOW,impressive. We had a guy that just graduated from my Tigers who ran a 4.26 40 at the NFL combine,Jacoby Ford.Think his time was the 3rd fastest ever.

@Wayneman117 Brown was a better pure reciever and skilled football player. One of the few modern day Heisman winners who could duplicate that success in the NFL.
Ismail was a more raw athlete than receiver (didn't have brown's hands) but was the most explosive player I have ever seen. Only Bush has come close.
