I've seen this interview twice - - the first time when it originally aired on Much Music. Watching it again in light of what's become of Kurt Cobain, I think the summation is apodictical - - A friendly, thoroughly decent, young northwest Washington boy grows up to be a friendly, thoroughly decent, guitarist for a successful power trio. He remains so until drugs poison his mind and inspire him to take his own life.

Kurt was an interesting person, as well as being an amazing musician and artist. If you haven't looked at Cobain Unseen yet (and I say looked at rather than read since most of the book is pictures of his art and interests) you are missing out.
