my abs locks out my back brakes and only brakes on front brakes ,it's been bleed for air 2 times. it only lets me brake with back brakes after its almost completly stopped. it's a problem with braking on ice. explain that.
@LethalJizzle From what you said I'm pretty sure you never drive before (underage), or never been into that situation. Trust me if its wet out there, driving at 45 miles an hour, notice a car coming out of an intersection 30 feet from you, your reflex is to HIT HARD on the brake. The brake will work for a few feet then it will let go and you are SKIDDING straight into the car. Thats when you lock your wheels. No, you wont go sideway with no ABS. You will only slide straight forward.
i have a 2001 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3 engine. i have abs and brake light lit at all times on my dash. so i scanned it with an abs scanner "actron" and the following codes came up. c0281 stop lamp switch c0265 ebcm motor relay circuit c0251 c0246 c0242 c0252 c0245 c0241 whichall 6 codes say ebcm control valve circuit c0226 left front wheel speed signal missing and c0222 right front wheel speed signal missing. and my brakes go all the way to the floor very mushy please help!
What they didn't say was Mercedes invented ABS in 1970 and many other "standard" items in cars today.
